Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce and Cajun seasoning. I used 2 pounds of beef because I love leftovers! Use about 1 tbsp of seasoning per pound of beef, or less if you do not enjoy spicy. Shape into patties and grill until desired doneness. While grilling the burgers, slice onions and add into pan with shiitake mushrooms, avocado oil and more Cajun seasoning. Sautee until onions and mushrooms are soft. Top burger with cheese and grill until melted then top with onions and mushrooms and eat! Enjoy!
