Garlic (I used 4 cloves)
Salt & pepper
Sautee the onions and garlic with dill and basil.
Clean the cauliflower and cut into manageable sizes.
Steam in a shallow pan until soft and season with salt and pepper. Pulse in blended until smooth.
Add the onion and garlic mix into the blender and pulse until combined. Add any additional seasoning (if needed) and enjoy!
