Chicken Breast with a Creamy Mushroom Sauce 



Chicken breast

Salt and pepper

Avocado oil

Half and half cream

Worcestershire sauce

Whole grain mustard



Green onions


Grill the Chicken and start the sauce about 15 minutes before it will be ready.

Sautee onions in butter.

Add the mustard and salt and pepper and stir.

Add the Worcestershire sauce, cream and mushrooms and allow to simmer until thickened to desired texture.

Top chicken with sauce and enjoy!
