Directions
Preheat oven to 200.
Slice apples as thin as possible using a mandolin. Dust with cinnamon and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for approximately 3 hours, flipping once at the halfway point and adding more cinnamon to the other side.
Allow to cool for about an hour and enjoy!
I love making these! I’m kind of addicted to making vegetables into chips whenever I’m really getting that chip craving!
