Dill, Salt & Vinegar Sweet Potato Chips




  • Sweet potatoes
  • Sea Salt
  • Vinegar
  • Dill
  • Olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 200, this recipe requires low and slow cooking in order for the chips to cook evenly
  • Thinly slice the sweet potatoes with a mandolin
  • In a bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil and spices of choice
  • Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  • Bake for approximately one hour, keeping an eye on them and turning chips every 10 minutes or so.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes and enjoy!
