- Sweet potatoes
- Sea Salt
- Olive oil
- Preheat oven to 200, this recipe requires low and slow cooking in order for the chips to cook evenly
- Thinly slice the sweet potatoes with a mandolin
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil and spices of choice
- Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Bake for approximately one hour, keeping an eye on them and turning chips every 10 minutes or so.
- Let sit for 10 minutes and enjoy!
