Have I told you that I love slow-cooker recipes? Well, I do! It’s just so easy to throw everything in the crock pot in the morning and then once dinner time rolls around, all you have to do is plate it! And perhaps the best part is the aroma that fills the house while its cooking, yum! Today’s slow-cooker recipe involved a spin on sausage and peppers and it’s SO EASY! The only preparation required is thawing out the sausage and slicing the vegetables. I combined those ingredients with a jar of my favourite spaghetti sauce and set it on low for six hours. That’s it!
Once it was done, I cooked up some quinoa for me and got out some hotdog buns for the Vegetable Hater. I must admit, his sausage on a bun with the sauce and peppers looked so delicious but I stayed strong. I Sliced my sausage and and placed it over my quinoa. It was very good and definitely a recipe I will be making again 😁
What kind of sausage did you use…….mild Italian or another type? Xoxo

I used the sweet Italian since the baby was eating it. But if it was just for me and VH, I would use spicy 😁
