Homestyle Meatloaf with Bacon and Blue Cheese Crumble




  • 1 pd. Ground beef
  • I pkg. ground sausage
  • 1/2 chopped vidalia onion
  • 1 large green onion
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Almond meal
  • Salt & pepper
  • Ketchup
  • ¼ cup water
  • Dijon
  • Brown sugar



  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Combine beef, sausage, onions, egg, almond flour and salt and pepper in bowl and place into loaf pan
  • Combine ketchup, water, Dijon and brown sugar and pour on top of grooved loaf
  • Bake for one hour and drain
  • Sautee bacon and crumble over top of meatloaf with blue cheese.
  • Serve and enjoy!
