Ingredients:
Spicy sausage
Red and green peppers
Vidalia and red onions
Water chestnuts
Carrots
Liquid aminos
Sesame oil
Fish oil
Worcester sauce
Water
Honey
Directions:
Steam the sausages for about ten minutes until they are cooked through and set aside.
Steam the sliced vegetables until they are softened but still maintain some bite.
Combine the last 6 ingredients together to make the sauce. If you do not have aminos, use soy sauce to replace.
Combine the sausages, vegetables and sauce and stir-fry together.
