Tuna Salad Sandwich



  • Tuna
  • Mayonnaise
  • Celery
  • Green onions
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dill
  • Smoked paprika
  • Almond flour
  • Olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Prepare tuna salad with first 7 ingredients
  • Make the bread by combining 1 cup flour, 1 egg, ¼ tsp. salt and ½ tsp. olive oil and herbs of choice
  • Roll out the bread between parchment paper and bake for approximately 10 minutes, depending on thickness of bread
  • Add filling and enjoy!

    • Thanks! The bread is very easy and you can make so many variations by adding different herbs and spices. You can also roll it out thinner to make a tortilla or crackers 🙂
