Paleo Tortilla Chips



  • Almond flour
  • Egg white
  • Salt & pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Lime juice
  • Avocado oil


  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Combine the flour, egg white, spices and lime juice
  • Place in a ball on a piece of parchment paper and place another piece of parchment paper on top
  • Roll out the mix very thin (the thinner, the crispier)
  • Take off the top layer of parchment and using a knife or pizza cutter, slice the pieces into desired shape
  • Brush avocado oil over top and dust with more spices
  • Bake for about ten minutes and allow chips to cool. Enjoy!
