- Portobello mushrooms
- Avocado oil
- Salt & pepper
- Pizza sauce
- Preheat grill
- Clean mushrooms and remove gills and stems
- Brush mixture of oil, garlic, parmesan, basil, salt and pepper onto mushrooms.
- Grill for about 6 minutes, stem side up
- Add pizza sauce, cheese, onions, pepperonis and any other topping into the cap
- Grill for an additional 5 minutes with the grill lid closed
- Take off grill, top with more basil and enjoy!
