Zucchinis
Almond meal
Baking powder
Egg
Onions
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Smoked Paprika
Mayonaise
Sriracha
Directions
Heat oil in a deep pan.
Grate zucchini and mix with one egg and chopped onions. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda and spices. Add dry mix to wet and stir.
Once oil is hot, add batter by the tablespoon and allow to fry until golden on both sides.
Set aside on paper towel.
Combine mayo and sriracha with spices, serve with the fritters and enjoy!
