Grilled New York Strip with Maple Butter



Strip steaks

Salt & pepper

BBQ sauce

Olive Oil


Maple Syrup


Preheat grill on high.

Add one stick of room temperature butter and about two tablespoons of maple syrup and combine until creamy consistency. Place on syran wrap and roll. Place in freezer for 30-60 minutes and slice before eating.

Prep the grill by wiping with olive oil to avoid meat sticking. Season the steaks with a generous amount of salt and pepper and place diagonally on the grill. Close the lid and cook for approximately three minutes. Turn each piece to the opposite diagonal and cook closed for another three minutes. Slather BBQ sauce over top and flip steaks over and repeat the last three steps for this side.

Take steak off grill and let rest for about 3-5 minutes. Top with butter coins and enjoy!
