Ingredients
- 2 Cans diced fire-roasted tomatoes
- Green onions
- Garlic
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 can chicken broth
- Pepper, basil and smoked paprika
Directions
- Sautee chopped onions in coconut oil until soft.
- Add garlic until fragrant
- Add tomatoes and stir.
- Add mix to blender and combine.
- Put back on stove and add chicken stock, coconut milk and spices.
- Stir and put top on and let simmer for about ten minutes. Enjoy!
