Friday night meals should always be this easy! I know that after a long week of work, the last thing that I feel like doing is preparing a complex meal but I still like to cook something and not succumb to the temptation to order take out. I enlisted the help of Vegetable Hater for this meal, he grilled the sausages while I sautéed all the veggies. Surprisingly he even topped his sausages with the pepper and onion mixture but he also ate them on a bun so he still has a way to go. I’m not going to post a recipe for this one because it is too simple. Grill the sausages, sautée your vegetables and then combine! I always use Montreal Steak spice with my vegetables, it’s so flavorful that you don’t even need a sauce! Bonus!
