Herb encrusted Rack of Lamb


Ever since the vegetable hater has suggested that we cook lamb, I have made it once every couple of weeks. There are possibilities for so much variation and it also doesn’t take very long to cook, so thats always a plus, especially during the week! This time it wasn’t as fast as just pan-searing it though, I actually roasted it. I honestly did not notice any difference between both cooking methods, both were delicious!
