Crispy-skin Salmon with Avocado and Red Pepper Salsa


Salmon is one of my favourite fish to eat and I am always looking at different ways to prepare it. This tangy salsa was the prefect addition! The guacamole, red peppers and onions tossed with lemon juice added a perfect acidity to balance the richness of the fish. I will definitely be eating this again! If you have salsa left over, that is even better. You can but it on top of burgers, eggs, really anything, yum!
